Swimming

This term we start swimming and on the 26th of November we have basin swimming sports.there are lots of different events including. Butterfly,freestyle,backstroke,breaststroke,medley and widths.

The enormous band in Te Anau

On Tuesday Te Anau School went to the club. Then we had to sit on the cold, hard and yellow wooden floor.  Ouch, my bum! My head was spinning and my heart was pounding. Then it was Room 5's turn, which was my class! "oh, no!" it was my turn to perform.  I was shamed that it was my turn and I got really frightened.  We started and then hooray it was finished. I was happy and the crowd went wild, my mum clapped really hard.

THE COMMONWEALTH GAMES ARE BEING HELD IN SCOTLAND THIS YEAR THEY ARE LIKE THE OLYMPICS EXCPT ITS NOT THE WHOLE WORLD IT JUST THE CONTRIES THAT ARE BELOW THE QUEEN.
